Hey Everyone ! It's Nakeba
I am also known as "ms good vybz" (at least that is what everyone started calling me or would refer me as ). I am a Soca baby, Soca Lover, Soca Enthusiast, Bacchanalist, & Carnivalista. I am passionate about my Caribbean heritage and culture, and I want to encourage others to embrace and experience life through our eyes. I have the opportunity to meet and connect with so many people in the "Soca Scene" by attending events and fetes alongside Soca artists/friends and sharing my experiences from a "fan's" perspective. While being a "influencer" is not my priority, it is my priority to influence others to be themselves, have fun, enjoy life, and, most importantly, to give back to our communities through our own respected crafts and platforms. I'm here to give back to the culture what it has given me: FREEDOM! Soca saved my life, and I hope it can help you live yours as well!

SOCAFaith is a platform dedicated to celebrating culture through meaningful conversations. We call it "conversations" rather than interviews because we want our guests to feel comfortable enough to share their stories in their own words; raw and unedited. We believe in the power of dialogue and storytelling to create an environment in which people can be themselves. We believe that in getting to know someone behind the scenes, as a person, makes it easier to support their craft.
Through these conversations we hope to provide a platform for people to connect and learn from one another. We want to build a community in which everyone feels supported. We invite you to share your story about who you are, what you do, why you do it, and how you contribute to culture in order to be featured.
